| Job Description: | Reporting to the Toll Division Director, provide leadership to the Toll Operations organization; a professional staff of disciplines including customer service, traffic operations, adjudication and enforcement, information technology, accounting, budgeting, engineering and maintenance. Direct statewide toll operation efforts to ensure that all systems, services, and operations are aligned and interoperable. Integrating toll operations with freeway operations including HOT lanes, Express Toll Lanes, and variable tolling will be essential to improve the efficient operations of the state highway system. Oversee and guide the in-lane and back office toll vendor operations on multiple facilities across the state, including systems and services for the operation, technical interoperability, and toll payment enforcement for statewide toll systems. Provide the strategic vision for WSDOT toll operations policy balancing competing visions with toll planning and project development, and develop and implement toll operations services for the state. |
