| Job Description: | Contract Engineer needed for a 30-to-60 day assignment ? Chemical Industry Job Study - respond by 6/25/10 MetaOps, Inc. in Livonia, Michigan (www.MetaOps.com) is seeking a junior-to-mid level contract resource for a 30 to 60-day jobs study for a chemical manufacturing client in the Midwest. Ideally this person has an industrial engineering / chemical engineering background and has familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies. This person will work with us to conduct detailed studies of key positions in wet and dry processes in making additives used in many applications including, rubber, construction materials and others. The findings of the study will be used to benchmark the content of the jobs against similar jobs in the industry and against other jobs within the client company. The work is expected to begin in July 2010 and conclude in August, 2010.
